PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

Firearms not delivered to customers at our retail shop will only be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. All required background checks will be performed by your local FFL holder. A copy of a current, signed FFL may be faxed or e-mailed and payment in full must be received at Sporting Arms Co. prior to any firearm being shipped. Please send the signed FFL and mail-in payments to our secure mail box located at:

Payment Options: Mail-in payments by Money Order or Certified Check. Personal checks are accepted but shipment will be held until the check has cleared our bank.  All prices in our database and on emailed quotes have been reduced by 3.0% for mail-in payment by cash, money order or certified check.  Credit card payments do not earn the 3.0% discount and the 3.0% must be added to the total price. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover.

Quoted prices are for Factory New items unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without prior notice from our wholesale distributors. All in-stock items are subject to prior sale.

SportingArms.com reserves the right to discontinue or change product specifications and prices without prior notice. Products are available while supplies last. Inadvertent errors in advertised prices are not binding on SportingArms.com, and may be adjusted at any time.

Texas residents must pay 8.00% sales tax. No sales tax is collected if the item is shipped out of Texas.

All firearms are shipped least cost way. Usual in-transit shipping time is 3 to 5 days.

No unauthorized returns. Pre-owned guns have a 3-day inspection privilege with a money back guarantee for the full purchase price of the item (S&H is not refundable). Return S&H is the responsibility of the buyer. There is a 20% re-stock fee on returned new guns or order cancellations.

All damaged in transit items must be reported to the freight carrier and Sporting Arms Company immediately upon receipt of shipment.

Any defective merchandise is under warranty by the manufacturer. Return items to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

Certain firearms and accessories are not legal for sale in California, New Jersey, Maryland, New York and other states and localities where their use, possession, or sale are prohibited by law.   It is the buyers responsibility to be familiar with their local and state firearm related laws, restrictions and ownership requirements.

Please note:  NOT ALL FIREARMS in the online database are guaranteed to be in stock.   If a backorder occurs on your purchase, you will be notified promptly and given the option of an immediate refund of all funds paid or keeping your backorder open until filled.

FFL Transfer service fee is current on this website only.  All transferred items are to be dispositioned to the customer within 30 days or by prior agreement.  Firearms are considered abandoned property and subject to sale one calendar year after receipt, if the item is still at our facility and unclaimed.
